MPI EUROPE INTERNSHIPS 2024-25 | PAID INTERNSHIPS

MPI EUROPE INTERNSHIPS Program offers two exceptional applicants, regardless of nationality, a paid internship in Europe. Founded in 2011, the Migration Policy Institute Europe (MPI Europe) is a Brussels-based independent nonprofit research organization dedicated to improving policymaking via a better knowledge of migration in Europe. Candidates are selected exclusively on the basis of their abilities, regardless of their age, gender, origin, beliefs, disability, or nationality.

Governmental and nongovernmental organizations seeking to improve conditions for recently arrived immigrants, families descended from immigrants, receiving communities in Europe, and more effective immigration, immigrant integration, and asylum procedures can turn to MPI Europe for credible research and helpful policy formulation. For this global internship program that encompasses the range of experiences, perspectives, and opinions found in the countries in which it operates, MPI Europe is committed to finding and helping interns. The Institute is committed to ensuring that interns and staff come from a variety of backgrounds and operate in a welcoming environment by upholding equity and access for everyone.

Beginning in September, the MPI paid internship program will be held in Brussels. It will offer a unique opportunity to study in-depth material, have practical research experience, and collaborate with specialists in a range of policy domains, including labor migration, immigrant integration, and EU migration and asylum procedures. Additionally, the six-month internship will offer the opportunity to collaborate closely with policy experts and top management. The selected individuals will be given the chance to plan activities that will broaden their networks of professional contacts.

Candidates will be required to support the MPI Europe team, including senior management, throughout their paid internship with MPI in Europe. It is expected that they will take part in the investigation for its entirety. Throughout the internship, they will have to produce papers and write summaries of the literature. Interns will be expected to attend pertinent public and private events as well as help with event administration. In addition to a monthly salary, the internship will provide a fantastic opportunity to see Brussels. To take advantage of this global opportunity in Europe, apply right now.
